Start Smart Soccer Deadline Extended to August 25
To register, please complete an Activity Registration Form and submit it, along with the registration fee, to the Parks and Recreation Department. Forms are also available at the Falling Springs Center. Click HERE for an Activity Registration Form in WORD format that may be filled in and then printed or emailed in. If you submit your form via email, you should call the office to pay by credit card.
