PRE-RACE PRACTICE RIDE & RUN
Sam Dick of Swim Bike Run of Kentucky will lead a FREE practice ride and run for the Heart & Sole Triathlon on Saturday, April 6 at 10 AM. He'll show everyone the pool, talk about the transition area and orient you to the course. The Practice Ride & Run should last approximately 2 hour. Rain date will be Saturday, April 13. Be sure to bring your bike, helmet and run gear!

If you want to do a Triathlon, you won't want to miss this class! Topics include the basic gear you need for a triathlon, USA Triathlon rules, do's and don'ts on race day and organizing your gear as well as a demonstration of the transition area, a review of local races and a six-week training plan. The class is led by veteran triathlete Sam Dick. Classes are offered on Sunday, February 10 & 17 from 4:30-6 pm. For more info please visit www.swimbikerunky.com and click on "Programs."
